I have never been with a tranny sexually, but I lived for almost a decade in Asia. 1% of the male population in Thailand is transgender, and while the number is lower in other countries (I lived mostly in Vietnam and Hong Kong) they are there. Some of these "ladies" are absolutely stunning. You would not know they are transgender until they remove their underwear. It's very common for them to be picked up in bars by unsuspecting tourists, and ladyboy prostitution is a huge business in Thailand.

My understanding is that they transition quite young over there and that is why they are so feminine looking.

Versus in the west waiting until after the male secondary sex characteristics happen with the onset of puberty.

True, Bosco. Most of the transgenders in Asia I have talked to realized they were unhappy in their teens and started hormones then. It is state-funded in Thailand, for the most part, so easy to do. Not many do sex changes, though. Thailand even has "transgender" washrooms (men, women, TG) in many locations, and schools are obligated to cater to transgenders. progressive country in that respect.

Compare to Europe and North America where transgenders are often much later in life when they "change" themselves, and many here do the sex change process.
