What are the must's when choosing a service provider?

What emphasis do you put on a scale of 1 - 10

Facial Appearance,
Body Type,
Fees,
Services,
Reviews/Reputation,
Agency,
Indy,


For me it breaks down like this

Facial Appearance- 7 I am cool with a GND look
Body Type-9 This for me is very important because the way I look at it if I'm paying I want the perfect body for my tastes.
Fees-10 This is very important for me being on a budget. I will never see anyone priced over $250 an hour, less is even better.
Services-10 This is very important, I do not want to pay for attitude or a star fish.
Reviews/Reputation-8 Over all positive reviews will move the lady up my TDL
Agency-5 I'm after the lady and as long as the agency has a over all good reputation I'm good to go.
Indy-5 If the price, attitude and look is right for me I'm good to go.

Appearance is not a big decider for me...

I am unlikely to pay more than $250.

I am unlikely to choose anyone under 25.

Mostly, what I try to determine is attitude... I like a mature, down to earth, no nonsense woman.

As far as her list, I must have DFK, Daty, Digits, and a good HJ.

And, of course, I rely on good reviews from trusted members here.
