How honest should we be?

What is the difference between honest comment and being nasty/hurtful?
To whom do we as punters and reviewers owe our loyalty - the ladies or other punters?
Should we only write good reviews and ignore the bad experiences?

What do people think.

Be honest but take out the emotions...... it is only when we let emotion cloud our judgement that things turn nasty. State the facts and say whether you had a good or bad time

Ignoring and concealing the bad experiences is a cop out. One can write a negative review without being malicious about it.

These boards lose their value if the reviewers only write glowing reviews and gloss over the negative parts of the session regardless if it's looks or service.

Each person has a different experience with the sp. What good for one is not for the other.
This is where you get into the mud. You as the person reading the reviews have to believe that the review is true. You have to take the honesty of your fellow HUBGFE.

For myself I write how I feel. I do not write a review on women who I did not hit it off with but that is because I feel it was my own fault. To me it like reading the reviews of the movies they say it a great movie and I find faults in it. When it is a bad movie at times I enjoy it.

What the point in writing something that would destroy somebody career, shit their are a lot of people in the government if they had reviews by the public would be out of a job. Look at yourself are you 100% at your best everyday of the week, do we look only at the times you are the worse. I for myself give chances, no one is perfect why give a bad review just don't write anything.

It's not easy to be an SP and some ladies really shouldn't be in the business. If a lady doesn't have good hygiene, if she's a clock watcher, if she detests men or her job a bad review is needed to warn others. I wouldn't feel bad because in my mind this is not the career for her.

I think this is very blind statement.

Review boards are all about providing reviews and information, good or bad. I totally agree SP's job is very hard to put up with alots of different type of people, but they are not doing this for charity, they get paid for it. Now I know few people will jump on me and say " Escorts are human too.. blah blah" But I am not saying they don't have feeling, if a client pays you, you have to give him your best, If you think you can not be in your %100 for whatever reason, dont take his money and say I am sorry but I wont be able to go through this session for XXXXXX reason.

If you took his money and give him a shitty session and get a bad review, she has no right to complain about it.

Negative reviews add more value to review boards IMHO.

To me if the women is not getting any reviews then she is doing a shitty job. So if you have only great reviews on the women who do a great job well maybe the other will catch on instead. That is how I look at the review board so any women who have mot gotten reviews we do not go to.

What is the value does it add to the board? Putting somebody down who may had a bad day or somebody say something bad about them like highschool. Even getting a favorite client to see a girl and give her a bad review. What is the value of destroying a person career. Why sp should also rate the client too, if all is fair. Small penis, came within 10 minutes. Can not keep it up. Smells etc.

Yes and you get piad at your job too but when you have one day you do a shitty job you should be fired. Stop think with your small head and use your brain.

There are definitely ways to write a not-so-great review without being an ass.

First, wording matters. There are ways to write criticism without being rude about it.

Second, you can relate your experience without psychologizing or making assumption about the SP. I've read many comments in reviews to the effect that the SP "doesn't seem to like her job" or that "she shouldn't be in this business". This always sound very arrogant to me. You have no idea whether she likes her job or not, and it's definitely not your call to make whether she should be in this business (to say nothing of the fact that maybe, she doesn't have much of a choice). What you do know is that you didn't have a good experience with her, based on your expectations of what a great experience should be. Relate that, but leave out the assumptions about the SP's feelings about her job.

It's not the same, we are paying for their service. If one smells she has the right to deny service but a small penis and coming quickly I think is a good thing from the SP's perspective .

Seriously though, if you went to a mechanic and they completely ripped you off, would you have any problem bad mouthing them to others or on a board, probably not.

Gen as always you make some very good points.

You see I would not have gone to the mechanic if he had no reviews.
Gene does make better points.

Very simple. If she is having a bad day or she has any other excuse, she should NOT see a client! Not a rocket science

I agree.

There are a lots of examples for well written negative reviews out there.

And if you are having a bad day when you see an sp, would not matter what she did you would still write a bad review.

Excellent points as usual, Genevieve.

It burns me to read on here someone saying an escort should get out of the business just because they didn't have a good session. Too many arrogant people who forget it's just a review board, not an escort regulatory committee.

A negative review should also be respectful.

I agree. I don't get the assumption that a review of a bad experience needs to be trash talk, or this belief that an objection to trash reviews is the same as saying no bad reviews should be allowed. . No one complains about an honest well written review, that is credible. The more trashy and hysterical it sounds, the less I believe it. It makes the reviewer sound like a guy who wouldn't be happy even in the most ideal session, or like a guy who didn't get what he wanted even tho what he wanted was never on the menu. To me, unless the sp flat out rips the guy off, a totally trash review is unwarranted. Anything other than that deserves a balanced commentary of good points and bad points.

Apples and Oranges.

If i am having a bad day and still want to see a SP I would see a lady I have seen before or not see a SP at all.

Since I am the gentleman that mentioned "an escort should get out of the business" please let me defend my statements.

I did not say an SP that is having a bad day, I said an SP that is a clock watcher, bad hygiene and a disdain for her clients on a regular basis. We all know that these ladies exist. Granted some of the higher ended agencies try and weed these type of hostess out but they are available through CL, and other advertising media.

By your statement you assume that all the ladies us hobbyist end up giving our hard earned dollars too are always in the right and their looks and services should never be questioned, DUDE wake up and smell the coffee.

If I drop $250 for an hours worth of time I expect to at the very least leave having had a good time provided that I hold up my end of the bargain and that is being clean and respectful.

This we do agree on. There is a tactful manner in which a negative review should be written.

Point is well done negative review adds more value to review boards. I dont think anyone can argue with it.

I agree that not everyone is comfortable writing a negative review. Same here.

However, as others have said, there are ways to do so tactfully.

Even if you don't write a review, what I think is just as important, is that if there is a thread about said SP, make some comment about your negative, or not so great experience. Like:
- she wasn't as gook looking, as I expected
- she did not live up the PSE service level, as others seem to have experienced
- she is not quite the hard body as a 20 y/o
- etc
Others will appreciate it, even if you did not do a review of the SP, in the first place. Of course, do not use this technique to be a coward, and bash the SP.
