How many hours do you exercise?

So, on daily basis... How many hours do you do exercise, when I say exercise, it can be anything which you think it is also let me know what exercises do you do?

I dont, but I should. 30 min to an hour a day is a must for all of us. Young or old.

Im not sure if wanking it off is considered exercise. Talking about that, is excessive masturbation bad for you ? Anywhere 2-4 times a day ? Is that bad?
 
I work out 4-5 times a week for an hour at a time. Cardio, weights, and core training.
 
I work out 3 times a week 45 minutes each time.
My dog works out 3 times a week for 1:45. 1 hour of free running time and 45 minutes of me chasing him around trying to bring him home.
 
5 to 6 days a week. I socialize a hell of a lot. Brash has to refocus me. I have a trainer 2 a week and she focus me, I am in love with her. I work out an 1 to sometimes 3 hours but in between I am talking and having fun because I do not want exercising to be a chore I hate, I make it fun and enjoyable.
 
On average... 1 hr each day rigorous exercise. Treadmill, weight training etc. Well before the busted wing anyway... Since then all I can do is the treadmill... :ouch:

In the summertime (cycling season) it goes up to about 1 1/2 hrs on weekdays and 2-3 hrs on weekends... :)

Once the wing is 100% again, I'm seriously thinking of going on P90X... :great:

If you do, let me know. I need a workout buddy to kick my ass.

My workout consists of walking the two blocks from my parking lot to my office every day. Good thing I work weekends, too.
 
35 to 45 minutes every second day. Combo of treadmill or elyptical and weights. Office gym and I do it at 6.30 am so unfortunately no spandex to keep me company.

I have P90X but haven't started it yet. I have heard that most people vomit after the first few sessions it is so intense.

I work out 5 days a week for 2 hours a day; one hour of cardio, one hour with a trainer. During the warmer months I tend to do up to 4 hours a day as I love riding my bike up and down the various trails in the city. I started last year in a small steps with Pilates training to help recover from surgery and have since become quite the gym rat. I have lost a fair amount of weight and my body is starting look good... really good ;) but more importantly, I am feeling really good.
