I'm in my late 40's. In my teens and 20s, a girl walking would result in a raging boner. In my 30s, just talking to a girl would get me hard. I spent plenty of time in meetings at work trying to hide my wood. I could also do MSOG easily. I once did it 5 times in one night with my partner. Around my mid-40s things seemed to diminish in terms of random wood. I usually have wood through the night and the morning, but not so many during the day. When I go to a MP, I normally come out of the shower totally hard just from the anticipation. MSOG doesn't really seem possible to me unless it is me doing the manipulating, but since I only go to "within limits" MPs, who knows, maybe oral could give me MSOG after a HJ. I have never tried Viagra or anything similar.
