That guy was a fucking asshole.

Was able to stop, and follow instructions when the cops arrived. Able to do what he was told then, but for 3 mins {probably longer since there was something that must have happened before the video started rolling} he is chasing a guy around for no reason.

The restraint of the man being accosted is outstanding! Kudos to him.
