I had some time to kill this semi-rainy afternoon so I decided to compile some monthly stats for the incall review forum. I'll compile and post results every month and quarter. As I gather more data I will post more interesting correlations and figures.

If you want to see certain stats not included here let me know.

Enjoy :)

Wow, I am impressed. Seems you have filled the void that 4times has left with his compilation of stats skills. Nice job!

Wipo, have you taken all data from the review book? Because there are reviews that aren't over there yet.

I noticed the same thing when I started compiling the numbers, so I sorted through each thread in the incall section instead.

Wipo, thank you for providing statistical information regarding the HUBGFE.

You making the pain of losing my good friend 4x from this board less painful.

Thanks asswipe....King told me to say that.

Awesome compilation Wipo.

Gotta get busy. Have only seen six of the top SPs with 2 or more reviews.

Outstanding review. :whip: Sorry had to say it. How long did it take you to do your report Ela.

Great work.:great: Can you do one for The other regions?

Unfortunately the other regional sub-forums don't have enough review volume to make this type of analysis useful. Sample size is really important to make this work.

Don't stop there How about the out call. Thanks Ela.

The outcall section doesn't generate enough reviews for a monthly analysis but I could probably do one every 4-6 months. Keep in mind that many of the SPs reviewed in the incall section are also available via outcall.

Thanks for all the positive comments guys.

Awesome number crunching

Awesome number crunching

Great stats dude. I am a bit of numbers geek myself and one of the things I am interested in is the correlation to number of visits versus good/bad reviews.

I have read where guys will say "I will write you a good review if you do ...". So I wonder if that actually means anything? Does a girl see a huge increase in appointments after a good review and a huge decrease after a bad one?

Thanks.

It took me about an hour to input all the data and sort through it, plus another 15 min to post the results.

Those are good questions sentry. I too would be interested in the relationship between reviews and the impact on an SP's business. Unfortunately the volume of an SP's business is not freely available to us, so we only have the review side of the equation to analyze. Intuitively one would expect positive reviews to be a positive multiplier on demand for an SP's services and a negative review would obviously have the opposite effect. One way we could quantify this is if we track an SP's review frequency before and after receiving a negative review. This would only work for SPs that have a relatively constant availability.

As for the tendency of reviews to "bunch" together, there are probably two explanations for this. One is that some reviewers will only speak up if someone else posts a review. The other is that the one hobbyist sees an SP based on a positive review, then posts his own shortly thereafter. This phenomenon is not easy to quantify though, maybe if we looked at the time elapsed between the first and second review and the time between the second and third, and compared the two.

A few things I may look at in my future reports:

  • Include a list of "consensus picks" from the board's Top Reviewers. This would include SPs that have been received multiple positive reviews from Top Reviewers in a given period. Kind of like Goldman Sach's quarterly hedge fund VIP list, but for choosing SPs, LOL.
  • Track the TOFTT success rate. Right now it seems like % positive for TOFTT is almost the same as for seeing ladies that have been reviewed before. Interesting to see if this continues to hold up. If it does then it would seem to defy conventional wisdom.
  • Correlation between popularity of ladies and physical traits. i.e. Do frequently reviewed SPs have bigger breasts than average? Are they younger or older? etc.
