While it is a generous offer to host a party I would let the admins schedule the official parties. No offense, but you have only been here a few days. I would think more time on the board and building a level of trust would be necessary before accepting any party offers.

HUBGFE has hosted several parties over the last four years, all very successful, with HOF and Sheik managing them.

Keep in mind that industry parties are usually hosted at a related venue so everyone knows what they are getting themselves into, some have been quite wild.
