Party Day Greetings from all of us at HUBGFE!!!! It's game day and there is nothing left to do but get ready to be at the best industry party ever.
To the "Waiting Listers". The hardest part of organizing this party has been saying "no" to people. That word is not in our vocabulary. The waiting list has moved slowly. There have been very few cancellations. It is heart breaking for me to inform really good people on the waiting list that we can't fit them in. It's about room capacity. It's either a timing thing, or we just needed a referral, or we just plain old needed to get to know you better. At these events we put huge importance on ensuring everyone's privacy. I think this is one reason why the agencies and Independent Ladies feel so comfortable with our community. We will put the names of the guys on the waiting list into the draw for our great door prizes. We want you "waiting listers" to know that we consider you a part of the party even if we can't get you in the room at this party. We highly recommend that you stay active on HUBGFE and build a posting history. Come out to our smaller socials and get to know us better. To the ladies on the waiting list. Thankyou for wanting to be at this event. We would like to hold a smaller more intimate outing with just you ladies and we will smother you in attention.
To the lucky party goers. You know who you are. We are trying something new that we learned from Montreal VIP events. There will be a front door check-in. Your names are on a list. There will be absolutely no "plus ones" allowed unless you have already cleared them with us. Please don't make us turn anybody away at the door. We would hate that. The party is full. It will get a bit crowded. Please Keep your cell phones put away as many have privacy concerns. No pictures.
There will be food courtesy of BigGuy. Our most generous leader who really stepped up to make this evening happen.
Allegra has organized the DJ for your entertainment because she's great and you can't stop her ladies from dancing.
Please look after each other tonight. Try and talk to as many of the guests as you can, look out for the shyer people, help out the people that are walking funny at the end of the evening. Please relax and have fun, get home safely with lots of warm memories of the evening. Merry Christmas everyone.

I know there are no pictures allowed for privacy concerns...but I do hope the girls will bless us with some pics of their holiday outfits!
Something they might consider at a future party would be to set up a photo booth, so people who wanted to take pics could go inside and do it without risking anyone's privacy.
