Since studies say that we are comprised of 100 trillion bacterial cells and only 10 trillion human cells. We have more bacteria in our bodies than there are people on the planet. These bacteria play important and key roles in our health, from birth to death. It has been studied that cesarean born babies are more susceptible to allergies, eczema even obesity. Since babies collect and become inundated with bacteria when going through the birth canal, cesarean born, don't get those bacteria. These bacteria also protect us from many diseases, since it is thought that many diseases are caused by dysbiosis, an imbalance between pathogens and probiotics. They also play a big part in our digestive and immune systems, even our emotions and how we think.
So is it enough to eat yogurt, or to take a supplement to maintain and to help grow these bacteria.....this link is one of the more informative about probiotics and their importance. Read on if this interests you

I like the taste of good bacteria....

That article, which I favor, because it goes along with all I've been taught by medical professionals and health practitioners about the importance of probiotics. So here are some of the foods rife with important good bacteria.
Fremented foods without sugar are the best sources since supplements can't be reliable because of handling, storage and manufacturing, they're very sensitive, and yogurt only contains two strains.
Kefir
kimchi
kombucha
miso
sauerkraut umeboshi (pickled plums from Japan)
tempeh
all these are mentioned in that article.

Well played young man but you realize you and I will have to fight in a duel for Cristy's love.

You get the sword I get the gun and the winner gets Cristy!

Now if you'll excuse me I have to go stick some bacteria in Papa's breakfast!
