Go to Bogota Columbia, recently there has been a large influx of Venezuelan woman working in many clubs and casas.
Bonus: many venues/options (note: flights are not cheap and they charge Canadians $100 to enter but, hotels and women are great value)

It depends on a few factors: What is your level of Spanish?(although google translate helps) How much you have to spend. If you are traveling alone.
In Bogota the farther north you go the safer it is but, more expensive to stay and play.
I stayed a little north but, close to many of the great options.

I stayed near Parque 93. Hotels are decent value and safe area.
It is close to most the action. If you have money then you can go to the north clubs.(book in club or pay for takeout)
There are good guides/advice on the website from my previous post.
(also have hobby maps since it is hard to find some places includes general price ranges)
A lot of the guys go to day casas. They have a lineup and choose a lady you like.
Also many prepago websites (means prepaid or outcall)
