I am sick in bed grumpy and not sure what to do next.

I left my girlfriend last week. Well it was mutual. Not really she dumped me so at home alone.

I woke up with runny eyes and took one Claritin pill thinking it was my allergy acting up. Hours pass by and start getting a runny nose and my eyes was still running.

Took 2 red Advil pills and 30 minutes later I started shivering and my body got cold. What else should I take.

For those that know, is it Ok to take Advil and allergy pills hours in between?.

Take a hot bath or sit in a steam room and sweat it out. Germs and viruses can only thrive at normal body temperature, so if you raise it, they DIE. I suppose hot steamy sex would do the same thing but then you risk giving germs to your partner and that's not cool.
