I have a plague of flies in my car, what do?.

This morning I noticed a few flies creeping up through my front windshield. Then on my way home there were more and more. Stopped the car and checked if there was some kind of a nest but couldn't find any.

I am afraid to start the car tomorrow.

Any advice?.
