Well, the milder weather this week has helped. Can't really say sunnier, as it hasn't been Also I'm at work before the sun's up and usually don't get home until after sun down. Now doubling up on the D has also helped out.
I really don't wish to use more meds, because I've had wonky side effects in the past. And by wonky I mean a the need to lick my front teeth, cravings for lemonade, and the inability to orgasm.
As for a work out, I've been doing this (
The Best Damn Workout Plan for Natural Lifters, Part 2 | T Nation ) for about the past 15 weeks, with 20 minutes of intermittent sprints on the treadmill, kettle bell complexes or swings, and prowler pushing. Though, truth be told, I'm not really digging the above routine and am thinking for going back to 5/3/1. I am thinking of mashing the two together, an doing the 5/3/1 protocol for the heavy lifts, and using the former as my assistance work. When I did start thinking of going back to 5/3/1, I did started feeling a little more excited about hitting the gym again. Unfortunately, 5/3/1 isn't really geared to fat loss. Also my one doctor doesn't want me using the weights I would be in 5/3/1, on account of apparently I have a developing anuerysm in my celiac artery. I look at it this way I can lift 300lbs, or weigh 300lbs, because I do not enjoy light weight high rep work outs...It feels like fucking around.
Actually, Sophia, I would like to eventually come off my happy pills, because really they are just a life preserver. They help keep your head out of the water, so you can get real help.
I haven't had a change to get out an look at therapy lamps, as my schedule doesn't line up with most store hours.
