They were all bass players. They played in a pub where I used to go with the kitchen staff from a fine dining restaurant I worked in. Our boss was a heavy drinker who liked to fraternize with customers during dinner rush, so we usually needed to relax and unwind after the late shift on weekends - without the boss.
