I need a techie

My wife's computer will not boot. I can get into the BIOS and I can get in Win 10's "boot recovery" programs, but nothing seems to work.

So, I'm now willing to take it to an expert.

I live in Toronto.

Can you folks point me towards a really good techie?

I will second that. Could be a hard drive not allowing it to boot.

I would try again and try to change your recovery time.
