I thought a fail a course. i did not

I just did a course last fall the final grade is "R" I Thought it means I should redo it or resit it
so in the past few minuted was freaking out because i don't want to spend more money to redo the course

and go through the stress of making arrangements with an organization

i go on the college's grading policies website and i see

R Requirements Met



which means i met the requirements.

i was freaking out because i didn't see the GPA and grade numbers

which is similar to other courses i did

GPA HOURS 3.000

Quality Points 300.00

I thought the zeros indicate that I failed the course

The way that we grade field work has changed in between your first field placement in 2015 and your second placement in 2017. Field placements have always been marked on a pass/fail basis. In 2015 we represented the "pass" mark as 100%, and we have made a change to now represent the "pass" mark as "R" (meets requirements). Both marks indicate that you have successfully completed all aspects of field work.
