I was following over 1500 people on Twitter it has dropped to zero

anybody here had this problem on twitter? I logged off for a few hours. and when i logged back on my account was locked out. when i unlocked my account the number of people i was following dropped to zero. will my 1500 people that i was following restored?

a screen shot example i type "minx" in the search bar and it shows the accounts i followed it said i am follwing minx escorts and SPs at minx but according to twitter i am not following them.

my 1500 people that i follow is restored the display lists 28(after some refollowing some people)

it is now fully restored the following display now says 1553
