I was taught something today...

That when I fall down the back steps, hitting a wooden box then
slamming into the cement....that my body has issues with it....

I am cut and bruised mostly on the impact side....
Now I just want to go to bed and sleep.......
I hurt and I am taking tomorrow off.....

I was trained to fall and it has never bugged me....but now....
My body is in over drive with pain and my head is hurting....

Damn......

All I can think of is that Damn Commercial....

I've Fallen and I Can't Get Up......

I hate to admit it but occasionally we all fall.

I used to bounce, these days I lay there for a few seconds and make sure everything still works.

BTW never fall with a full bladder

Thanks all.....I have bruising on my whole left side...elbow, hip, knee....
I am in bed.....taken meds for pain when it is too much too handle with the fibromylagia

LOL.. those are fantastic.. Bliss my dear I feel your pain as I took a fall of the bus yesterday.. I do not drive so yes I take public transit..lol . but I was getting off and the door closed on me and I went ass over tea kettle bloody knee. twisted ankle. did not hit my head. I am now walking with a sexy limp. smashed up my already bad knee.. I think it was a sympathy fall for you
