The before and after pictures look deceiving. Looks like she got a boob job and a tummy tuck in. When one is that fat soft skin will always show when you lose that many lbs.

Rather than focus on cosmetic details of her appearance, I commend her on taking charge of her life, albeit through radical surgery that brings associated gastric band side effects.

Hopefully, she has eliminated the pain in her knees and the asthma and back stress caused by excess weight. Presumably she can tie her shoelaces now and still has the ability to walk.

I cannot criticize her. I can only respect her.

Correction on FDL scaring.
Most likely a Lower Body Lift - which would have corrected the legs, ass, etc. and more scar correction.

She's in Cali. That's all a cinch there... She may have even had some lipo or smart lipo (most likely did) for some contour sculpting.

With all of that said:
Not always. There is a small percentage of the population who have exceptional elasticity. Unless there are actual stretch marks in the skin... If the stretch marks are there then the skin is permanently damaged.
