Exactly, women can't get away with using this "if women ruled the world" argument, because it's already been done several times in the past, and the results weren't all that different than if men ruled the world.

It's a small group, because the number of women rulers has been a smaller group. But so far, of the women rulers we've had, it's looking like a larger percentage of them have been rated in that category range between corrupt and brutal. So just going on the sampling averages right now, I see absolutely no reason to believe women would rule the world with flowers and pillows.
