Would definitely set things up with lawyers and financial planners before ever claiming the prize. I think most lotteries give you 6 months or so to step forward and claim the prize. There's no need to rush.



I would set things up so that I would be living off of the interest/earnings from investing the prize....with maybe a million off the top to get started playing.

In Canada is one year and in the back says you have to post for a picture to clain your winnings.
