Yeah, it would tear me apart to have to make that decision.....

I found it interesting this line:

When a country is led by dictators, it's the ordinary people who pay the price and are forced to make gut-wrenching decisions.

Now I realize we don't have it 1/100th as bad as they do, but it isn't only countries led by dictators where ordinary people pay the price......
