Industry party on Thursday: Why NO advertisements?!

I understand that there is an official industry Xmas party scheduled for Thursday at 8 Dec from 9 PM - 3 AM. At "LIVE", 332 Richmond St West. However there appears to be no advertising on the boards for this event. What's up?

The party will be useless if no one attends.

No, I was given an invite at a spa. But the announcement should be stickied. Had I not been given a flyer, I would have no idea that this party was actually happening.
