Why brah, why should he lose his licence for wanting a little poon poon man? You know it takes two to poon poon right ?

They should be disbarred.

I realize that lawyers and ethics are not compatible.

One of the problems is most adjudicators are lawyers and have no interest in exposing ethical breaches in their own profession.

Any professional who has the upper hand, should be penalized in some way, in what way, I'm not sure. Often times when we visit a Doctor, Lawyer or another professional we are vulnerable, and those professionals are trusted not to abuse that vulnerability nor to take advantage of it. But they too can be taken advantage of and manipulated or seduced. So to loose their whole career/license, hmmm, I think it should depend on the situation. Wouldn't this be determined case by case?

I don't think it's a problem for a lawyer to have a sexual relationship with a client unless there's a conflict of interest or they use it to blackmail the client. Lawyers perform all kinds of duties for clients that don't involve going to court.

I don't see anything wrong with a doctor having a sexual relationship with a patient either, as long as it's consensual.
