Is it fair to fine fat people for not dieting?

Is it fair that a person faces a fine if they are not muscular enough and should go to the gym? If they do not support pork farmers? Or a million other things?

I'n 140 lbs. and that is before a good healthy visit to the bathroom. At the same time I have a horrible diet. Lot's of tasty sugary desserts 3 or 4 times a day. My point is I know I have to change my diet as I get older but I will never be seen for what I really eat. It's not a fair practice, not one bit.

I agree the government should stay out of our lives and bedrooms!!
