I think that if you are basing your decisions on a $ per service ratio, then you are missing the point.

Usually high rates are used to reduce the # of clients seen per week or month, and to reduce the # of tire kicker callers and negotiators. If someone charges 400-500 per hour, it is a brave soul who contacts them and asks for a discount right? At 200-250, sps get a lot of such requests, time wasters, no shows etc etc. Plus, clients who can afford this amount get a lot of pleasure out of the fact that they are one of the very few people she will see that week or month, and that she will know he is someone who can afford her rates.

Many valid points here, especially close attention to REVIEWS. In general TOFTT for way above average $ is likely not a good idea.

Is it worth it? Ha. It better be. Admittedly we have it good in Toronto as prices are higher in many other cities and countrys. In some places 300$ just gets the woman to your door then the menu is discussed.
