I dislike the title "prostitute", as it's too often used as a denigration.

Maybe there's a difference between asking for $100 to have sex and then leave, or paying $300 for dinner and a movie to have sex and then leave, but I don't see it quite so clearly. In both cases, you're exchanging something (which always costs money) to have sex. But when it's just a cash transaction, there's a ton more honesty.
