If plastic surgery is required to repair a chair, that's acceptable. If plastic surgery is required to enhance a child, that's unacceptable. The mother is a complete idiot, but who's worse? Any surgeon that would perform such a procedure on a child to cosmetically enhance appearance.

Check the link, the child is 8 and she's adorable. Her mother is plastic and certifiable for padded accommodation.
