This once piece of celluloid shifted the entire course of my life. Allow me to explain-

As I watched Holly Golightly navigate the world with independence and panache I knew I had to be like when I grew up. I was drawn to her strength and charm. As the film ended- I restarted it and watched it again and again. And in that moment, I realized that I needed a life like that. So I built one.

When I doing my undergraduate studies I navigated towards the arts vs the sciences. My degree in Film is one of my treasured possessions and I would love to share my knowledge with you. After much consideration, I am going to be taking some time away while I look for a place to live. Because of the Toronto Housing Crisis I have been denied for 10 places and two of them even decided to "go with someone else" even after I submitted my deposit/ first and last. I try not to post much about my mental health because of stigma surrounding it, but this has been the hardest summer of my life and housing anxiety is one of the hardest things I have ever experienced.

I will be keeping everyone posted as to when I will be returning via my twitter page.

Every place I have applied to has turned into a bidding war and I'm not about to spend 2500 on a one bedroom or 3000 on a two bedroom, regardless if i can afford it....thats literal insanity.
