Tap water through a 3 stage filtration system, figure it can only help.
Never buy bottled water, unless I have no choice, always bring water from home, seems lazy and wasteful to do otherwise.
Not in a position to tell anybody what is right or wrong on this subject.
When I lived on a farm, you could smell sulfur from well water, 100 feet away, and I'm in perfect health, as is the rest of my family.
Also chlorine filters in the showers, not only for the skin, but when you breath in the vapours, can't be to good for ya.

Pretty sure that is probably a coincidence and has more to do with you just being very immune proficient.

FDA has the most relaxed stipulations on bottled water... most of it is just municipal water that is remarketed with certain terms that are “allowed” for an upcharge. forgot which ones bc my lecture was a while ago but the “mountain” and “glacier” water are most likely not from a mountain lol
tap water has tiny amounts of chlorine in it as part of the purification process from treatment plants which gives it the taste a lot of people don’t like but a reverse osmosis unit fixes that. nothing to do with a stronger immune system from what i know.
the bottles almost always contain PET, and the chemicals combine into the water with either heat or over time which contributes to the negative effects of it. the pH of the water is almost always off too and filtration isn’t as heavily regulated by FDA (tap water is regulated by another body)
too many reasons why we can have bad health, can’t all be blamed on what type of water we drink lol

News to me and thanks. I have friends all over Ontario that refuse to drink tap water for reasons you have heard many times. Like being toxic etc.
