I concur. Her business model and her kindness and genuine love for all her girls is what agency ownership is all about. She puts them first before anything else. I see no other agency that operates the way she does...and I mean ZERO.

I agree, I've corresponded with her only a couple of times, but could sense her kindness and compassion. People like that certainly are the minority in this business, from my experience.
