Spacey, 59, allegedly unzipped the fly of an 18-year-old worker at The Club Car in Nantucket and then tried to 'jerk him off' according to a police report
Prior to that he allegedly asked the teen what he was packing and said that he had an '8 inch penis'
The teen said that he believes Spacey was groping him for three minutes and told police he was on Snapchat and Instagram during that time
Spacey will be arraigned on one count of Indecent Assault & Battery when he appears in a Nantucket courtroom early next month
He has denied the allegations and his lawyers used a pre-trial hearing in the case to try and dismiss charges by painting the accuser as a drunk sycophant
