I went to see her sometime ago at ALO, as I knew she and Ksenia were good friends. I had seen Ksenia at my place for a long time and even took her out several times, and she said Kourtney was a nice girl. After it ended with Ksenia, as she got a bf and stopped working, I thought I'd try Kourtney.
She's a pretty girl and nice slim figure, nicely dressed, but I found her to be distant, and as if it was just a job for her, as no enthusiasm. In fairness maybe it was me she didnt' click with. I told her I was friends with Ksenia and thinking she might be more open, I gave her my number and said if you want to see me outcall give me a call. A week later, she text and said ok, but when I asked if she'd do bbbj, she said no, so I passed. I of course didn't tell her that Ksenia always did.
She only did hj when I saw her that once, but said if she got comfortable then she'd kiss. I thought maybe it was just an excuse to get another appointment out of me. She's always been one of the least Viewed on C-erb, which to me indicates not many are into her, unlike other girls who get lots of views as they're popular. So for a pretty girl, I thought that others weren't interested for the same reason.
Ironically I emailed her today to get more info, and she said she's working in the east end, in a "private club on Polytek (not Vibe as they're not licensed), there's no signage and very discreet. Rates are $120 for 30 minutes, $140 for 45 minutes, or $160 for an hour. Restrictions are all the same." I had asked her if her restriction were any different, given she's not at a spa anymore, but not so.
She was very prompt in replying and was very polite, writing back again, hoping I had a nice Thanksgiving and thanking me for my interest. I had told her I'd seen her before, but she wouldn't have remembered just based on my email address and name. Obviously she wasn't busy enough at ALO and is going to try independent to see if she gets more clients. Ksenia did that too and until recently they were offered duos on Thursdays at ALO.

Thanks gents...I wonder if she is "renting" a room at CMJ, same area...if so she is undercutting cost wise what CMJ charges...or maybe Jasmin is cutting her deal on the room rental as she is "indy". Or she rented a empty space for her own use...would be a high startup cost I assume...Interesting about her and Ksenia doing duos...I saw Ksenia solo about a year or so ago...I really enjoyed her.
I've never been to CMJ east, so no idea what the layout is like. Kourtney is definitely into the "licensed" mode which is very ALO. Yes Ksenia is a cutie and very sensual and great bbbj and fs. She's quite a chatterbox though and hard to get a word in sometimes, but is always happy and friendly. I did an overnight with her once and it was very memorable. She said she wouldn't charge me for the sleep time, so that made it pretty reasonable. You wouldn't know she's Russian as no accent. I wonder if they'll do duos at this new place.
I think Ryan hit it on the head. Jas has rented rooms out in the past at CMJ East. I saw Lara (Jude's friend) there once and she told me she rented the room from Jas on an as-required basis. Maybe we can talk Jingles into checking it out?

Interesting observations here, and I agree that she must be renting space from Jas, given she clearly said it wasn't Vibe as it wasn't licensed, but CMJ is legally private so would meet her standards in that respect. It was nostaglic when Lara was mentioned, as I saw her frequently at my place, and such a sweet girl, and I was sorry she moved to Mtl.
Kourtney isn't listed on ALO site anymore, so is definitely independent. You're right about the fees she's charging, and I think it's a play on words saying no door fees, when in fact they're hidden in the all inclusive total cost.

BTW, I don't think she's working at Jas's location, as the map shows it at the corner of Alta Vista and Bank, where the two southern ALO locations exist. So It's either at ALO's VIP location or Bank Street Health Spa, both of which are within spitting distance of each other. Unless it's a complete coincidence and she's got a third location near those two?
She specifically said it was on Polytek Rd, and I can't see she'd rent two places, although probably pay as you go, verses per week or month. I doubt ALO would help her out, although they probably didn't make much money from her being with them anyway! Wherever she works, I can't see she'll be any busier, as her fees aren't significantly less, nor has her service level expanded to make her more appealing.
Too bad she's not really into it, as she's a pretty girl, even though I'm not into redheads, and especially not into red beavers pelts...

I see her close friend Ksenia who also used to work at ALO, and was doing duos with Kourtney on Thursdays there, has now returned to work at Vibe, under her new name Irena Adler on C-erb. Irena used to be pretty slim, but has put a little weight on since she got a bf. Seems like the girls are leaving ALO, and no doubt as they're not overly busy.
It's been quite a while since I saw her, but she had implied more on subsequent visits, however given her lack of enthusiasm, I concluded it was a ploy just to get me to come back. I had even told her that I had seen Ksenia her friend many times, hoping it would give her some piece of mind, but nothing. As we've said before when attractive girls consistently don't get any reviews, or advertise non stop everywhere, there has to be a reason, which is too expensive and/or lack of service. Yes I saw that she was retiring, but when she said she found a job in the same field, I thought that must mean as an mp, as that's the field she was always in. She seemed to be working all the time, so not sure she'd have time for some other field. Maybe she's finally come to the realization that she's not very popular and not much point in continuing. It didn't work for her at the spa, nor as an indy. However, maybe she's going to retire like Taylor Devine has....LOL!
