LOL that's funny....but the women on the phone is pretty dumb. It's pretty easy to give an accurate description considering she's miles away, and they pass in front of the camera a dozen times. She was more concerned about tell about the condition of the animals.

But the robbers were pretty stupid too I mean, grabbing some fricken VIDEO games??? lol......

The only dummies were the thiefs.

The home owner installed cctv (because she was robbed before), then called 911, she was calm until 03:20 mark when one grabbed the cat (which would be upsetting to any pet owner) that was also the time frame she said she was robbed before. (anxiety sets in-because her space is invaded), it's good that she informed dispatch that there were 3 dogs and 1 cat in the house too because of her actions two criminals were 'caught on tape' remember she said it will be on her hard-drive. When the thief grabbed the cat and she became upset the dispatcher got her back on track within 6 seconds.

Her home, which is supposed to be her safe place, was invaded, her pets could have been hurt or worse so she did well. You like rating scales well because they were caught 10/10.

Things to note in a crisis
1. call 911
2. gender
3. colour
4. clothing
5. distinguishable features (shape, size, scars, facial hair, and so on) 1/2 on that.
6. weapons
7. tools
8. license plates
9. make/model vehicle
10. colour of vehicle
11. approximate age/height/weight
12. time, date, year on cctv

She added they entered through the doggie door.

Again tboy, you demonstrate your disdain for females. It makes sense why your stories about girlfriends all start with EX. Your critical immediately instead of pointing out the positives

Ummm did you watch the same video I did? At 3:20 the cops came in and I didn't see any of them grab any of the animals......

Don't try and turn this into some sort of BS about disdain for females, doesn't matter if it was a man talking to the 911 operator or a woman, telling her the cat is freaked out is useless information......and at one time, she told the 911 operator they were in the living room and they weren't...THAT is dangerous (for the police officers).

So bottom line is, go fuck yerself sideways......

Pardon me, it was 3:12, not 3:20 when one of the bad guys grabbed her cat. At 3:20 she was upset and the dispatcher had her refocus. The officers entered at 3:21.

Sure the cat information is useless to the dispatcher, but not to the caller. It's a reaction, she's frightened. The bad guys were moving quickly through the house, so she didn't keep up.

The bottom line tboy is
