You rented your property to a tenant running and AirBnB business or was your place taken over by a non cooking chef like what happened to me??

Any rental lease now a day should have a clause stating clearly Airbnb is prohibited and will the lease ends immediately or something to that affect.

I had one tenant who'd come into my place and 'borrow' stuff. She didn't understand that when you borrow things without asking and don't return them, it's actually stealing.
