Smithen, whose voice cracks as she talks of her life, says she worked as an escort between 1992 and 1999 and from 2002 to 2004, stopping the day her daughter, who is now 23, found out.
The articulate woman says she doesn't want to argue over semantics but points out she was never charged for escorting or prostitution. “I did what I did and I'm living with its consequences,” she says.

yep same old, it's kinda ironic that she became a lawyer, cuz i distinctly recall 10 years ago, my father just passed away & i met with a client who was a lawyer & whose father just passed as well...we developed a certain rapport and he confided in me that KathyP blackmailed him by calling his firm alot and demanding money.

i tried to warn ppl about it but she jumped on my throat....i imagine new bad reviews are being written about me as we speak
