I wonder what she plans to buy with her new found future money.

Robin and Waxed. This topic has been an ongoing issue for years. Lawyers didn't study for years to not get their money back within a year.

The first video, that woman was dumb. She doesn't have to answer questions - correct, but then you should know you will be lawfully detained until the police can finished their investigation of whatever. So feel outraged all you want. You could have just answered the questions politely, or gotten out the car and simply said "I will be exercising my right to remain silent. Take me to the station".

I have done that before.

There was a mix up of identities one night at a strip club I went to. Someone thought I was the GF of a person who was in the club that later stabbed someone else. The next day, the cops surround my house with cars, dogs, etc. They figure the suspect will be with me. I am across the street at the diner having dinner with my bratlings before they go for a weekend with their dad. I get a call from daddyo saying basically "WTF is going on?"

I say bring the cops over to the diner. So he and the cops come over. I sit a different table with them. They ask "who is so-n-so and where is he?" I say I have no clue who you are talking about and of course the rookie of the two starts to get tough.

I say " well.... clearly this is not getting resolved here, so I am going to pay my tab, get the kids off with daddy and you can take me to the station where we will figure it out and until then, I will be remaining silent. "

Done deal. We went to the station. There was some more probing me for info before revealing any of course. I had to decide if I needed a lawyer or if I could resolve on my own. I knew I did nothing wrong, but I didn't get all ipptiy about it. They are doing a job too. After some time, I simply told them that holding their cards close to them is not going to help figure this out. They finally brought me a piece of paper that had my name and number on it. I was then able to explain and the mix up was found.

That woman made things harder for herself. I made things easier for myself and was in and out of that cop shop in no time.

I wish people would learn that just because you are "right" doesn't mean you can't still be "wrong" at the same time.
