Many (not all) are aware that I have announced I will be moving on from the industry. Due to this my tolerance for certain behaviour is noticeably lower than it ever has been previously. Yesterday someone inspired anger which most around these parts have never seen before.

I started to post thoughts I have had, and this morphed to other providers messaging me with things to add.

Please understand that these behaviours screen people out of seeing me. I will still say I have been blessed comparatively... THANK YOU to those who are MINE!
