Little to no proof police carding has effect on crime or arrests: Ontario report

Other than the fact that carding has essentially been stopped for quite a while now, and at the same time, street/random crime has increased.

The self appointed "expert" doesn't even understand the concept of a deterrent.

I could care less if a cop asks me a couple of questions, I'm not a criminal, and have nothing to hide.

So if a cop from experience, notices some behavior that looks suspicious, so be it.

If a cop observes some one driving in a manner that looks suspicious, they get pulled over.

The people who complain about this the most, are from the same neighborhood who complain about random crime, and want it cleaned up.

Responding to a criminal act, is too late, it has already happened, I believe being proactive, as opposed to reactive.

We are being observed today in many ways, drones are going to happen, just think them as security cameras that fly.

Gentlemen, facts are that blacks are 3 times more likely to be carded.

Racial they say.

Correct, just look at the facts, all of the facts.

I'm willing to put money on the "fact" that 3 times as many street walkers are white, which would result in the likely hood that 3 times a many white women standing on a street corner, are approached by cops.

Checking the identity of a person is not carding. The bummer is that they can get into your history/viewed box.
