If you are a judge or one of the jury members. Fire them and send them to jail or just suspend (like they always do) them because they were scared for their lives?.

Frank died from manual strangulation after the encounter shown in the video. In the video, a law enforcement officer climbs on the tractor behind Frank and applies a choke hold while another officer tries to pull Frank down. Frank goes limp, and the officers drag his lifeless body to a patrol car.

''Philip Stinson, an associate professor of criminal justice at Bowling Green State University, disagreed that the officers were to blame for escalating the conflict. Officers are entitled to use as much force as necessary while making an arrest, Stinson said.

“When a police officer says that they have a warrant for you, you need to get off the tractor and come with us, that’s not negotiable. You can’t negotiate that, even if it turns out there wasn’t a warrant or it was an invalid warrant,” Stinson said.''

Bingo!!.........Just get off the f@cking tractor.

''Spillman acknowledged to Sheriff’s Office detective Mike Simmons that he “grabbed Armando from behind, but never applied any pressure to the throat,” according to Simmons’ report.''

Yep that's the way I saw it too.

''While cardiovascular disease and obesity contributed to Frank’s death, they “should not be thought of as the primary cause of death as the decedent was alive (and well) prior to the police intervention and dead following, making the police intervention the likely intervening factor that led to his death,” Tape said in his report.''

I'm sure that the struggle and his health didn't help him in any.

Just be a good citizen and this would never happen to you.

Tracker case - should have gotten off the tracker.

I have been dragged to a police police station a couple of times because of mistaken shit. When cops show up and start asking questions I don't understand, I have said - let's go the station myself. You honestly have better protection when you are there then just on the street, IMHO.

Plus when you start insisting they take you to the station to figure out the mix up, they usually back off with the aggressiveness.

Baltimore case - totally wrong on both cops. The one who did nothing while his partner went off is just as guilty. Well maybe not complete equal in responsibility but pretty fucking close.

In this case, the victim and the cop have had issues before so this was targeted in my opinion.

Mista' Frank shoulda' done got offen that there tractor. Now he Mista' dead Frank. Nothin' more'n worm food now, an ain't no one really gunna care much he gone in a lil' ole' while fo sure. I deeclare, some folks is jus plumb fools is all. Jus plumb fools.

Perhaps he just lost consciousness as a result of suffocation. Still, suppose it is officially confirmed that he was strangled. In that case, I believe the police should be suspended from work in state services for life and put in prison for a long time, up to life, because he did not threaten them with murder or something else. I do not know the whole situation, but it certainly looks terrible. I am afraid to look at this as someone who has been working on a farm for a long time and regularly rides Compact Tractors. I hope the police won't do that to me...
