IN-Call Maii @ Naughty Girls Toronto

After reading some of her stellar reviews by other members of the board, I decided to see Maii. The session was ok, not the greatest, but definitely not the worst.

The Positives
a. She is a very beautiful lady with a sexy body, very pretty face, nice soft boobs that I spent quite of time sucking.
b. Her hygiene was impeccable
c. She has a very nice personality, great conversationalist and is very likable
d. In FS, had a great time in mish and doggie. She vocally expressed her appreciation, was very responsive, took a good pounding in both positions and had an OG.
e. BBBJ was nice. She does have good technique, wet and slurpy, up and down the shaft.

The negatives
a. Got the short end of the stick in YMMV. I did not get DFK, only closed mouth kissing. I did make sure that my hygiene was up to par, showered, mouthwash, etc, so I don’t think that was an issue.
b. Daty was allowed, but no digits or 69
c. Had a nice conversation during downtime, but she kept her distance away from me. Cuddling was a no no.
d. She seemed to be tired and lacked energy.

Overall it was an ok session, but not the greatest. She is a very nice person, but we just did not click the way I expected, when I compare the session with other SP’s that I have seen recently. Maybe she was having an off day or it could have been lack of chemistry. Well you can't win them all.

Thanks for the review KR, sorry to hear that you hadn't a great time with her; when I've met her I had a great time, maybe as Kirk said I was lucky enough to not have had those negatives. Although I wouldn't put her on the list of the best SPs that I've seen this year due to she's new and she's trying to discover her confortable limits IMO and she doesn't have been working so frequentely (study issues) and I don't know if she has access to all info about her level of service from review boards as other have. Maybe Mark should show this reviews to her.

She is off my TDL, you are all trying to protect her but face the facts she is not an elite SP. If she seemed to be tired and lacked energy then she should not be working and saved our brother his money.

Let me start by offering KR my apologies. The experience could not have been pleasant. Please know as a fellow hobbyist this is not the level of service I want NGT to be known for.

All KR’s points are valid concerns. Maii has had some good reviews and I have had good feedback from clients. However there have been some negative reviews as well. She has been in the industry just over two months now and as much as it takes time to get into the flow of things it is obvious that it isn’t happening or at the least not happening fast enough.

Here is the only thing that I can think that is happening. I have mentioned before that she is just 19 and as much as she has a magnificent body, its taking a little longer to get consistent. She has also being dealing with some personal stuff and is moving out to live on her own as of Tuesday and I know its put some stress on her. I had offered her time off to get things sorted out but I guess she also needed the money. Please note that this is not meant to be an excuse for poor service, but rather a possible explanation.

That being said I feel that I have no other choice but to fire Maii. If it is experience she lacks then she is not going to find it if she doesn’t see quality clients and from the looks of things it doesn’t look like anyone will be willing to see her.

If someone has any suggestions or advice I am more than willing to take it under consideration.

Mark, as I told before show her the reviews and discuss with her; there's not only negative points there are a lot of positive ones, and ymmv is used by many girls on this business; and if she would like to be on the first team "legends, stars" whatever the name she needs to provide a consistent level of service. If it's LFK on her menu that she delivers it, but not announce DFK as not a ymmv if she won't deliver it to everyone; PS: don't get me wrong she's an amazing kisser and in my my experience with her I got DFK with her; I didn't write a review about my session with her; but many guys reported that neither LFK was offered. And most important if GFE is the service that she's confortable to provide perfect don't need to be a PSE to have success. She's beautiful, a nice girl and everything else; how about repeat with her I really would like to but not right now. Maybe next month.

Mark - Please do not fire Maii. Give her some time off to let her sort things out. And when she comes back, as suggested by other members her, see what her comfort zone is and advertise it as such so guys don't go in with expectations that will not be met.

Perhaps get her agreement on what she is willing to post as advertised services eg , FS , BBJ , Daty , LFK .

More like the under promise and over deliver approach . I must say that more than the sex I would be disappointed in the "keeping her distance " behaviour . Not conducive to making a guy feel welcomed .

If a girl isn't totally prepared to FFM on a work day then she shouldn't show up for work . Nothing good comes of it .

KR decent negative review. You ended with it was OK, so average encounter.

Mark (NGT) Unfortunately you made contradictory statements about your young employee.
1. She's new
2. She very young
3. She's dealing with a transition
These are valid remarks IMO.

Where you lost me:
1. Not getting into the swing of things fast enough.
2. Terminating her is your business, publicly writing that may be the course of action is bad business.

As crazy as this may sound, all employees in every business need active supervision:
1. What are you comfortable with, YMMV
2. What are definite no's
3. Where you comfortable with that client
4. How did it work out, what were you comfortable doing
5. Not that I'm encouraging shilling because I'm not, but what about having trusted clientele visit the
young and provide the feedback to the agency, and lady if possible. Yes, there may be a %
adjustment, but we're talking about a very inexperienced, new and young lady. It would different, if
she were a seasoned veteran or a more mature woman. JMHO

By no means, am I slighting KR's review or that he is an impeccable gentleman, my point is to help the young lady become more professional.

I hate to say this but I don't think she is suitable for this business. I feel for the girl and I am sure she will move on to other things and probably for the better. She is only 19, she has a whole life a head of her, she has to learn to move on. Also, after Mark fired her, I am betting that Maii will not come back after pleas by members of this board. Perhaps she may end up elsewhere with another agency under another name. It's so easy for SPs to move around.

I think I need to make one final comment on this thread.

To HOF and a few others, I think I have added to the problem as I wasn’t clear in my last comment.

Firstly when I said she was taking longer to get into the flow of things, what I meant was finding her comfort level and being able to be consistent. I have never pressured any off the girls to do anything they are not comfortable with. Whatever I convey in ads or over the phone is what they have authorized me to say.

I think that there is an element of YMMV with any SP that you see in this industry however there has to be a level of consistency within reason.

Secondly I think I was misunderstood and it maybe because how I worded my last comment. For that I apologize.

By no means was I throwing my employee “under the bus”. I was not trying to publicly fire her. What I was hoping for was more feedback from the HUBGFE members who I hold in very high regard as to whether there would be interest in seeing her again, even after such reviews. If she is to gain experience then it would be difficult and demoralizing for her if no one booked an appointment.

I have had many trusted regulars see Maii and tell me they have had a really good time with her. I don’t ask clients to write reviews, if they do so it would be great but if they don’t im fine with it.

Thank you to all the members who sent me PM’s saying that they would see Maii and that what she probably needs is some time. I think this was what I was trying to achieve with my last comment and I really appreciate the feedback.

I did chat with Maii away from work about everything that’s been going on, and hopefully this will lead to good things in the future.

Maii will be in on Wednesday and then take a week or two off to take care of some issues and then come back refreshed and ready to start anew.

Once again thank you to all the members for your support and encouragement over the last few months.
