Man Holding Huge Knife to His Throat Get Tasered Outside Buckingham Palace

A mentally disturbed man caused a ruckus outside Buckingham Palace by holding a large knife to his throat. The cops probably saved his life by tasering him and tackling him to the ground. Kudos to those cops.
