A 19-year-old man in a Seattle suburb has been arrested and accused of raping a high school student as she was dying from an overdose and texting explicit pictures of her to friends.
The suspect, who has been identified as Brian Roberto Varela, was charged Friday with second-degree rape, manslaughter and controlled substance homicide, the Associated Press reported.

Charged with manslaughter...? He willingly watched her die then stuffed her in a plastic crate. That should be enough for a second degree murder charge. Manslaughter isn't even a slap on the wrist. That poor young girl. My heart goes out to her and her family.

Hell, if an illegal alien can pick up a gun and "accidentally" fire it off on a crowded pier, killing a young lady, and walk off scot free, then that manslaughter isn't very surprising.

He might of gotten lucky with his attorney but like other's pointed out, he won't get so lucky in prison. Good luck to him is all I'll say.
