It depends on jurisdiction. Bodyslides are ok with Brampton spas so that's probably where you've seen them advertised.

Mississauga spas offer slides but I believe they have a "one foot on the floor at all times" rule.

I doubt you would see them advertised at a spa in Toronto ( I don't know of any spa that's been approved to offer them). Having said that, all Toronto body rubs offer the service. It's simply discussed in the room with the attendant. The MP/spa pleads ignorance....
