Blah blah blah:
Pacquiao, the WBO welterweight champion, and Marquez, the current WBO lightweight titlist, have never had problems making weight, especially at the higher weights. Both fighters are obsessed with staying in shape, and both are naturally lighter weight fighters.
And true to form, Marquez, despite appearing much bigger in the upper body, weighed in at 142 pounds, two below the limit.

Full Story:

Who is watching the fight?.

I would put my money on marquez but his age wroories me (38).

How old is Pacquiao?.

Pacman is younger at 33, the 2 have met twice before, Manny has SD-win, the other was draw.

I would put my money on Pacquiao, the best offensive fighter right now, and he can also take a punch.

Would Floyd Mayweather consider fighting Pacqiano if pacman were to lose the fight?. I say manny should through it and see what happens. I mean he is already guaranteed 22 million.

And they say there's a recession on with millions out of work and people living in the streets?

Obviously the recession doesn't apply to those who pay to watch boxing.......

Pacman won the fight!, another very close match,

Just finished watching the fight and really it wasn't that close.

Pacman was beaten cleanly. Freedie Roach knew it too as you could hear him telling Manny that he was behind and needed to pick it up.

I know styles make fights but from what I saw Mayweather will easily beat Pacman if they should ever get it done.

Pacman landed 176 punches, while Marquez landed only 138 punches; therefore Pacquiao is the winner.

You do realize that a fight is scored round by round right?

LOL!, yes I do, here is a link to a round by round punch stats of the fight, showing why Pacman won the fight.

Pacman landed more punches in 9 out of the 12 rounds, 2 rounds were even in hits, Marquez out hit Manny in only round round:

There is quantity and then there is quality dude. But to be fair I watched the fight again. At the best Pacman gets is a draw from what I saw.

But if he loses or gets a draw then there goes the chance of the mega fight with Floyd. And with boxing on the proverbial ropes we know that they aren't going to let that happen now are they?

Well the object of boxing is to hit your opponent more times than he hits you in each round, MP out scored JM in more rounds, so he is the deserved winner of the fight.

Not really. If one guy is just throwing pillows out there and his opponent is landing crisp head snapping shots then that blows your theory out of the water now doesn't it?

FLOYD MAYWEATHER RESPONDS TO 50 CENT’S ALLEGATION THAT HE CAN’T READ

for not being able to read. The rapper 50 Cent made fun of him recently, offering $750,000 if he publicly reads a page of Harry Potter. In response to the rapper’s humiliating call, Mayweather took a picture of his most recent paychecks and put the images on Twitter with the caption, “Read this.”

The paychecks were for a combined total of $72 million dollars, which is more money than most people will earn in 10 lifetimes. Floyd’s move is not surprising, since it reflect s our society’s focus on the material as opposed to the substantive. It basically says that “It’s OK if I can’t read, as long as I’m making a lot of money.”

Floyd is a product of a system that has a habit of ensuring that our most poweful and prominent athletes are not adequately educated. It’s easier to control another human being if they don’t have access to education, free ideas or the tools of critical thinking. After teaching at the college level for the last 20 years, I’ve seen countless young black men ushered through entire universities without having the ability to read. One of my friends who taught at

The University of Tennessee said that he saw graduating football players who couldn’t even spell the name of the school they played for.

Perhaps rather than throwing up a paycheck to squash criticism of his lack of literacy, Floyd can honestly share his struggles with reading in a way that inspires other young black men to develop themselves as human beings.

Lord knows that Floyd isn’t the only celeb who can’t read very well, and we know that our school systems are atrocious. So, if it’s true that he has difficulty reading, that’s nothing to be ashamed of, as long he’s working to fix the problem and not choosing to ignore it. Hell, I’d even be happy to help educate the brother myself.

So what do you think? Is Mayweather covering his insecurities with money?

Making fun of someone for not being able to read says a lot about 50 Cent. What an asshole.
