I thought it was funny back when McDonald's used to sell pizza. They had a deal on the Pepperoni pizza, $2.00. If you wanted a plain cheese pizza it cost $2.25. So basically you had to give them .25 cents to NOT put pepperoni on your pizza. I argued with the server a couple of times, asking for a pepperoni pizza, hold the pepperoni. After a while, I think they realized the error of their ways and dropped the extra charge for the lack of meat.
