I have to agree with Maurice on this one. Where would civilization end up if Police can choose and pick the laws they decide to enforce? They are hired and paid for by the tax payers who have chosen their government to represent them. If a government is becoming tyrannical it's up to the people to vote them out of office not the police officer on the street to decide not to enforce the laws of the land.
