Maybe I am out of tough but closing down a lemonade stand from 10 and 14 year olds to a street sale is not the same. Then again our laws have changed. They took our street hocket away so you may be right.

It does seem extreme, but would we feel differently if they had been allowed to stay open and it turned out some freaky bacteria in their water supply made people really sick? There is a reason the state takes an interest in items which are being sold for consumption.

I feel bad for the 10yo, but 14 is old enough for a real job anyway.
