Here is thread right up Tboy's alley.

Years ago I bought a home link system from Stanley. With it I could control the outdoor lights from my car and i could also turn off any plug in light from the master panel. For example if I kept the panel on my bedside table I could turn off all the lights at once.

When if it isn't already here are we going to see computerized heat/ lights/door locks/ ect ect in homes.

Whats out now that we could adapt to our old style houses? Blackberry's probably got an App for it already

Search home automation and integration there are a lot of options out there. If money is no object there is little they can't automate now.

Yup, with an abundance of cash technology really is amazing!! Providing of course you find the right people to do the work and installations.
